FOR IMMIGRATION FIRMS

Keep attorneys and paralegals focused on casework.

Take repetitive DS-160 intake and data entry off your team while keeping review and signing control with your firm.

Book a 30-minute workflow review with the founder

At twenty cases a month, the intake, the chasing and the typing come to about 35 staff hours.

  • We file through to submission, or stop before the signature so your firm signs.
  • $15 a case. No seat licences, no subscription, no minimum.
  • A record of what the consular site showed and what was filed.

Who is this for?

  • Your staff retype client answers into the consular site
  • You have repeat clients — a TN today, an E-2 three years from now
  • Your immigration software's e-filing keeps falling over
  • You are paying a subscription in the months you barely use it
Before and after

Take the administrative work off your team. Keep the legal judgment.

Five stages sit between a client's answers and a DS-160 filed at the Consular Electronic Application Center. Three of them stop being your firm's work. Two of them are judgment, and they stay exactly where they are.

What the retyping costs you a month

Cases a monthStaff hours it takesCost to buy it back
20~35 h$300
50~88 h$750
100~175 h$1,500

Each case at $15 gives back about 1 hour 45 of staff time. At fifty cases a month, $750 buys back about 88 hours of intake, chasing and typing.

1 hour 45 is the intake, the chasing and the typing into the consular site; two hours is the whole job, read-back included. Your own read-back is not counted as time saved, because your firm still does it — that is the point of stopping before the signature.

Stop before signing

Review it where it matters: on the consular site.

Turn on Stop before signing and we fill in and check every page of the DS-160, then stop. Your team opens the finished application on the official site, exactly as it will be submitted, and nothing reaches the State Department until your firm signs it.

What stays with your firm

  • Any corrections
  • The client's approval

VizeAmerica.com, a five-person visa agency in Romania

VizeAmerica is a visa agency, not a law firm. What they measured is the part your firm would hand over too: a client's answers going into the consular site, page by page. Your firm keeps the read-back and the signature, and the figures further down count that time as yours.

Returning clients

Don't rebuild returning clients from scratch.

The first DS-160 for a client is answered once — usually by the client, in their own language. Every application after it starts as a clone of that one: tick the sections that still hold, redo the ones that changed.

A client you filed on a TN three years ago is back, this time on an E-2. Different visa, different trip, same person: the personal details, the family, the previous travel and the work history are already there, so your staff redo what changed and nothing else. A family of five travelling together works the same way — one questionnaire, four clones.

Cloning reuses applications that are already in ds160.io. A DS-160 filed somewhere else cannot be imported yet, so a client you are bringing across is entered here once and reused from then on. Moving a batch? Tell us what you have and we will help.

The questions firms ask first

What happens to the record, to the firm's own rules, and to the form itself when the consular site changes.

No proof of what was actually submitted.

A record of exactly what was filed

When a filing finishes you get the consular site's own copy: a PDF of every page it showed back for the application, plus the confirmation page. Keep it in the client file or send it to the client.

Everyone filing their own way.

Set the filing policy once for the firm

Owners and admins decide whether applications stop for review before signature, what the consular security answer is, and what goes in the preparer section — once, for the whole workspace, instead of per person per form.

DS-160 filing as one small feature of a large system.

The DS-160 is not on our roadmap. It is the roadmap.

One form is all we do. When the consular site adds a question, renames a page or changes what an E visa has to answer, that is the week's work, not a ticket queued behind someone else's billing module. When a broad platform's e-filing breaks or fills only part of the form, your paralegals finish it by hand; we exist so they don't.

What you get

We take DS-160 data entry and consular filing off your team

We take on the work from the client's first answer to the confirmation page in the file. Your staff review the answers; they do not type them.

  • A link for every clientSent from your address, with reminders for the ones who never open it, so nobody on your team chases a half-filled form. Answers save as the client types.
  • A questionnaire in 10 languagesEnglish, Русский, Română, Español, 中文, Tiếng Việt, हिन्दी, Nederlands, Português, Français. Clients answer without an interpreter or a phone call, and what they write comes back to you in English.
  • Your name on it, not oursYour logo, your domain, your email address. The client never sees DS160.io, so the relationship stays yours.
  • Review and approvalEvery answer is yours to correct first. Attach your own guidance to the questions clients keep getting wrong, and stop answering them one call at a time.
  • The filing itselfWe fill in every page of the official form, captchas included, and keep going when the site times out. Nobody on your team sits through it.
  • The confirmation pageThe Application ID and confirmation page in your dashboard the moment the filing lands, without anyone logging in to fetch them.
  • A PDF of what was filedEvery page as the consular site showed it back, ready for the client file, instead of screenshots taken by hand.
  • Returning clients and familiesClone a previous application and change what moved, so a returning client or the rest of a family is a few minutes of checking, not another application from scratch.
  • Stop before signingOptional: we fill in and check every page, then leave the signature to your team at ceac.state.gov.
  • Help getting your cases overMoving from another system, or part-way through a batch? Tell us what you have and we'll help you bring it across, so the switch does not cost your team a week.

Firm setup, included

We set the workspace up with you before your first live case, rather than handing you a login and a link to the documentation.

  • Your signing policy, set for the whole firm
  • Preparer details filled in once, not per form
  • Your consular security question and answer, set once
  • Your logo and your domain on everything the client sees
  • Everyone at the firm added, with no seat licences
  • Us on hand for your first live filings

$15 a case — one applicant, one DS-160 — and your first one is free. What you pay tracks the cases you file, not the people you employ.

Unlimited team members, document storage, a history of every field change, and an API if you'd rather create client links from your own system. No subscription, no seat licences, no minimum.

For immigration firms: keep your team on casework

Your staff stay on casework instead of consular data entry, and the signature stays where it belongs. Turn on Stop before signing and nothing is signed until someone at the firm has read the application at the source.

One case, no cost

Prove it on one real case before you change anything

Nothing about the way you work now has to move until you have watched one filing come out right.

Run one case in parallel

Run your next DS-160 here alongside your usual process. You are not trying software: you are checking that the repetitive work can leave your team without the review going with it. If it does not hold up, stop there.

E-file broken and cases waiting?

When your case system's e-filing breaks, your cases wait on someone else's release cycle. Send the client the questionnaire instead. The DS-160 is the only thing we work on, and we fix what breaks on it within 24 hours.

Priced on your cases, not your seats

$15 a case — one applicant, one DS-160 — invoiced for the cases your firm creates. No seat licences: add the whole firm, and a month with no new cases costs nothing.

We don't hand you a login and disappear

We are on hand for your first live filings, and if you are coming from another system, tell us what you have under way and we will help you get the firm running on it.

What to compare

  1. The staff time the case took
  2. Whether the finished application is complete
  3. How the review went on the consular site
  4. Whether the signature stayed with your firm
  5. Whether the filed PDF works in the client file

You do not need to

  • Replace your case management system
  • Move the matters you have open
  • Train the whole firm
  • Sign up to anything monthly
  • Let software sign for your client
The alternatives

Three ways a DS-160 gets filed

Today a DS-160 is either typed into the consular site by hand or e-filed from case software. Here is what each one leaves your team to do.

E-filing built into case management varies by product and by visa type, and some of it fills part of the DS-160 and leaves the rest to whoever is at the keyboard. The middle column assumes that: the software does some of the typing, your team does the intake, the corrections and the finishing. Check yours against the rows above before you compare prices.

Workflow review

Find out which DS-160 work can come off your team

We'll review how your firm files DS-160s today — your case mix, who reviews what, what has to move across — find what can be automated, and map how your open cases and prior DS-160s would move into DS160.io.

What we can look at

  • Prior DS-160 PDFs
  • Moving from your current software
  • Client intake
  • Attorney and paralegal review
  • E-filing on the consular site
  • Stopping before signature
  • Complex visa types

You leave with a recommended workflow and a migration plan — useful whether or not you use DS160.io.

Firms that complete a workflow review get onboarding and migration included if they move forward: we set up your workspace and move your open cases across for you.
